Shipping policy

Our business is committed to producing and delivering your items with efficiency and attention to detail as promptly as possible. Your order will ship within 4-6 weeks from the date of ordering.

Bulk orders involving multiple charms may require additional production time. Lead times for such orders may extend up to eight (8) weeks from the date of purchase to account for the custom crafting and quality control of each piece. Delivery timelines will be communicated clearly at the time of order and may vary depending on order size and complexity.

During holidays, or peak sales times, shipping may take a little longer. We will always do our best to keep within the shipping time window. We appreciate your business, and we thank you for your patience!

Please note that your shipping fee does not include insurance. If you are interested in having your package insured, feel free to email info@lmconte.com and we will provide a rate and invoice you separately for any extra coverage you request. Insurance can only be added to open orders, once an order is shipped we are unable to add insurance to a shipment that is in transit.

Please review your shipping address during checkout. If your order is lost or returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will be unable to refund the cost until the order is back in our possession. Sometimes courier and shipping services can take several weeks to return an item shipped to the wrong address.

Signage For Packages

All packages with a total value exceeding $1,000 will be shipped with a signature required upon delivery. This ensures secure receipt and minimizes the risk of loss or theft. If no one is available to sign at the delivery time, the carrier may leave a notice with instructions for re-delivery or pickup.

Shipping Cost

Your final shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

Tracking Information

You will see an automated message once your order is shipped, which will contain your tracking information. You will be able to manage and track your order with your tracking code.

All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS.

Do you offer international shipping?

No, we do not provide international shipping options at this time. However, we provide shipping to all 50 US states, some US states such as Alaska & Hawaii and territories such as Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands; may incur additional costs. We will notify you where there is a variation in the shipping fee.

Lost/Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost, held, delayed, or stolen packages through the shipping process. We recommend acquiring shipping insurance. You will receive a tracking number in your email along with confirmation of your order. If you don't receive your tracking information, please check your spam folder. We recommend acquiring shipping insurance.
