Refund policy
All sales are final. Each L.M.Conte piece is meticulously handmade to order, many of which are one-of-a-kind and crafted with materials that may not be replicated. Because of the bespoke nature of our work, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Quality Control
Before leaving our studio, every item undergoes a thorough quality inspection to ensure it meets our high standards for craftsmanship. Our hardware is made from premium metals and is carefully tested for durability. Care instructions for preserving the integrity and beauty of your item can be found on our FAQs.
Damages
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue.
An item shall only be deemed “damaged” or “defective” according to our Damage Item Policy if it arrives in significant disrepair due to mishandling during shipping, resulting in a condition that is materially different from the item originally ordered, or if the item contains a clear and apparent manufacturing defect. Minor variations or cosmetic imperfections that do not affect the item’s intended function or value shall not constitute damage for the purposes of this policy.
If an item is assessed to be damaged in accordance with our Damage Item Policy, we will offer a repair or replacement, depending on the nature and extent of the damage. To proceed, the item must first be returned to us for evaluation.
Once we have received and inspected the item, we will notify you of our findings and confirm whether a repair or replacement will be issued.
Your claim must not be submitted later than 48 hours after delivery. To process a claim, please provide the following:
• Clear photos of the damaged item
• Photos of the packaging (inside and outside)
• A brief description of the issue
• Return the damaged item to the following mailing address:

Claims submitted without supporting evidence are not eligible for review. Once received, we will assess the claim and follow up with the next steps within 3-5 business days.
