How long will my order take?

Our standard lead time is approximately 4 weeks, as we take great care to ensure that every handmade accessory meets our quality standards. However, during peak holiday seasons, lead times can extend due to increased demand. We recommend placing your order as early as possible during busy periods to avoid delays. If you have any specific timing concerns, please contact us, we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Can I make changes to my order?

We understand that plans change, and due to the handcrafted nature of our purse charms and bag charms, once an order is placed, it cannot be modified.

Do you accept returns?

Since each charm item is handmade and made to order with great care and attention to detail, we are unable to accept returns. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please reach out to us, and we’ll be happy to work with you to resolve it.

Can I request a custom design?

While I’m unable to accept fully custom design requests, I do offer the option for custom color substitutions for many of our accessories, subject to material availability. Custom color requests are billed hourly and reflect the time spent sourcing materials. Contact us to explore custom options for your next purse charm.

How should I store my charms?

For bag charms with fringe, we recommend hanging them to prevent damage. Other charms can be safely stored in their original pouch to keep them protected.

How do I clean my charms?

Our handmade LMC Charms are crafted from a variety of high-quality leather, including lambskin, cowhide, and suede. To keep your charms looking their best:

  • Lambskin: Gently wipe with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust. Avoid exposure to water or oils, as lambskin is delicate and can stain easily.
  • Cowhide: Cowhide is more durable, but it’s still best to keep it dry. If it gets dirty, a lightly dampened cloth or baby wipe can be used to clean the surface, then allow it to airdry.
  • Suede: Suede requires special care to maintain its soft texture. Use a suede brush to remove dirt or restore the nap, and avoid contact with water, which can cause staining or damage.
  • Gold-Plated Casted Brass: The hardware features a thick gold plating with a ceramic finish to enhance durability and reduce the risk of tarnishing. To maintain its shine, gently wipe the hardware with a soft, dry cloth after each use to remove any oils or dirt. Avoid using abrasive materials or harsh cleaners, as these could damage the gold plating and protective ceramic coating. Proper storage in the original pouch when not in use will help preserve the hardware’s durability and prevent tarnishing over time.

It’s important to keep all charms away from harsh chemicals, excessive moisture, and prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or any other UV light. With proper care, your purse accessories will remain beautiful for years to come.
